RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for buying SHEBA. We hope you enjoy it using it as much as we did creating it. However, if you aren't 100% sure about your purchase, you can ask for a full refund or exchange it for another item.
All purchases made in the online store at www.shebathebrand.com are subject to Portuguese law.
Our policy allows the customer to exchange items within 30 days, which will start from the date of issue of the document proving the purchase.
To exchange the article, you should send an email to email@example.com, with the following information:
- Buyer’s name;
- Email with which you made the purchase;
- Name of the article you want to receive (hereinafter referred to as “2nd article”);
- Address to which the 2nd article should be sent;
Then, you will receive an email in response to the email sent, with the address to which you should send the article and its packaging. Please note you must be responsible for all costs related to the item you wish to exchange.
After 30 days, you will not be able to exchange the purchased item.
For an exchange to be carried out successfully, the item must be delivered in its perfect condition, they must present the respective labels, packaging and, if applicable, the original documents and accessories that were delivered with them.
Sheba is not responsible for the misuse of its articles, nor for the incorrect washing of them.
Before each purchase, we suggest that you refer to the care and washing instructions section and we also suggest that you consult the size guide section in order to make a purchase as informed as possible. You may feel free to contact us by email and our team will be happy to help in any further questions.
All returns must be reclaimed 15 days after the date of the purchase. For a return to be carried out successfully, the item must be delivered in its perfect condition, they must present the respective labels, packaging (totebag included) and, if applicable, the original documents and accessories that were delivered with them.
Returns due to manufacturing defects
All SHEBA's articles pass previously by quality control. However, in the case of receiveing a defective item, we ask you to send an e-mail with a photo as proof so that we can proceed to the evaluation and subsequent exchange or return of the product.
The return of products with manufacturing defects does not imply any additional costs for the client.
You may choose the same or a different product at the same price or ask for full refund.
If the product is not available, we may proceed to refund the amount through the respective means of payment.
