Where will my proof of purchase be sent?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you gave us. In case you have any problem, please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com.

The sold out items will be restocked?
If the model you want is temporarily sold out, this information will appear when you select the size. You may choose to receive an e-mail when it becomes available again. If the item is limited edition and is out of stock, unfortunately there will be no stock replacement.

Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping on all purchases in Europe above 70 euros.
Where can I pick up my order?
The order will be shipped to the address you selected during purchase. If it is impossible to contact the recipient, the customer will receive a message with the pick up point where he/she can pick up the order.
You can also pick up your order at our studio in the center of Porto, you just need to send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and make an appointment. We'll be pleased to receive you.
What payment methods are accepted?
We have the following payment methods available: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, APPLE PLAY and PAYPAL.
All payments to SHEBA are processed securely. Your credit card number and other PAYPAL login details are protected. SHEBA does not have access to your credit card or PAYPAL account information.
Your financial institution may charge international transaction frees, for which we are not responsible.
We recommend that you pay using PAYPAL's method if you do not want to pay international transaction fees, as PAYPAL will charge you in your local currency.
Where are SHEBA products designed and manufactured?
All our pieces are handmade in Porto, Portugal.
What are the bikinis made of?

Is there any place I can try on SHEBA products?
Yes, you are more than welcome to visit us, upon appointment, at our studio in the center of Porto - Rua Passos Manuel 222 2º Porta 6 4000-382.
May I delete an item or cancel my order?
Yes. Before completing your order, you can always remove or add new items to the shopping cart. If you have already placed an order and would like to make any changes, or if you want to cancel it, please contact us through our e-mail email@example.com. Please include your name and order number.
What cares do I need to have with my SHEBA products?
We recommend you to be careful when applying sunscreen with color or minerals, tanning products and high levels of chlorine, as they can damage your piece.
We also advise you to have extra care, especially with the white and velvet pieces.
Always wash your piece by hand, under cold running water, do not soak the piece or keep the piece moist. We recommend washing before the first use.
Wash pieces with different colors and textures separately.
